Shalom God's people!
Today let us look at one of the most important aspects of each and every one who prays to the God of our Lord Jesus Christ who reigns forever.
Many people do not have time to listen and follow what they are told during Prayer, many of us our job is to pray and say that we do not have time to pause to get back what we were asking from him to him who asks for a reason.
One
In order to remain in prayer you need to have faith in prayer, and fight. Romans 10:17. "and hearing comes through the word of Christ."
You must listen and build faith, if so, it is clear that in any matter you want to build faith you must hear a word about the thing you want to have faith in it or seek it in prayer.
Within Prayer there are different Beliefs depending on the Prayer you ask. they need you to listen. The Bible tells us that in order to have faith in God we need to listen to the word, not the words of someone, but the word of Christ. Romans 10:17 [17] So then, believe, its source is hearing; and hearing comes through the word of Christ.
The most common definition of prayer is that Prayer is communication between a person and his God. In prayer we speak to our God and He responds to us as His children. In fact in prayer we talk to our God about various matters concerning our lives and perhaps even those outside our normal lives. Isaiah 43:26 26 "". You cannot interview unless you hear and understand what is being said. I know many do not believe that God speaks to His people. This is not their fault.
But just remind them that it is not easy to hear and understand a language you do not know otherwise you will hear loud noises like noises. Example For a person who does not know Dog language he cannot understand something when he sees his dog wagging his tail but who understands that he knows his dog is happy. for the one who does not know about a lion cannot understand something when he hears the voice of a lion he only screams but those who are comfortable with the lion hear the voice of a lion may know that the lion for this scream is hungry or for this roar is already prey and satisfied .
I want you to know that your lack of knowledge of the language of people or things does not mean that people or things do not communicate wit.
In times Samuel he was having a hard time to understanding that it is God speaking to him because he did not understand As it God says, though he had heard voice.1 Samuel 3: 3-10
[3] and the lamp of God had not ijazimika yet, and Samuel was sleeping in the temple of the LORD, where the ark of God was;
[4] At that time the LORD called Samuel; And he said, "Here I am."
[5] And he came quickly to Eli, and said, Here am I; for you called me. And he said, I did not call; sleep again. And he went and lay down again.
[6] And the LORD called again the second time, Samuel! Samuel! And he arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for you called me. And he answered, I called not, my son; sleep again.
[7] Now Samuel did not yet know the LORD, and the word of the LORD had not yet been revealed unto him.
[8] And the LORD called Samuel the third time. And he arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for you called me. Then Eli perceived that the LORD had called the child.
[9] Therefore Eli said to Samuel, Go, lie down; and it shall be, if he call thee, thou shalt say, Speak, LORD; for thy servant heareth. So Samuel went and lay down in his place.
[10] And the LORD came, and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel! Samuel! Then Samuel said, Speak, Lord; for your servant hears. The Bible says that Samuel was not appointed because he was a child. It is clear that Samuel had no knowledge of how God directs people even though he knew that God existed and believed in him.
I advise you to seek knowledge about hearing the voice of God and asking the Holy Spirit to help you hear God, surely you will hear God speak to you.
Second
Another reason I want you to know the importance of hearing in Prayer is that you do not always ask for what you have asked for one but sometimes you need to follow the rules in order to get what you ask for from God. The best example of this is King David. . 2 Samuel 21: 1 [1] And there was a famine in the days of David three years, year after year; and David sought the face of the LORD. And the LORD said, It is for Saul, and for his bloody house, because he slew the Gibeonites. If the word sought the face of the Lord it means that David went in prayer to plead with God to bring rain on the land, but you see God's answer was not to bring rain but to give the king instructions on what should be done so that the rain will stop and the famine will end on the land. In the following verses you will see that when David heard this, he took the initiative to do what God had told him to do. 2 Samuel 21: 1-6,8-10
[1] There was a famine in the days of David three years, year after year; and David sought the face of the LORD. And the LORD said, It is for Saul, and for his bloody house, because he slew the Gibeonites.
[2] Then the king called the Gibeonites, and said unto them; (Now the Gibeonites were not of the children of Israel, but of the remnant of the Amorites: and the children of Israel had sworn
unto them; what? And what shall I do to make atonement, that ye may bless the inheritance of the LORD?
[4] And the Gibeonites said unto him, It is no matter of silver or gold between us and Saul, or his house; neither is it for us to put any man to death in Israel. And he said, What ye shall say, that will I do for you.
[5] They said to the king, The man who deceived us and conspired against us to destroy us in all the borders of Israel,
6 let us deliver seven men out of his sons, and we will hang them before the LORD in Gibeon, the mount of the LORD. And the king said, I will give them.
[8] But the king took the two sons of Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, whom she bare unto Saul, Armoni and Mephibosheth; and the five sons of Saul's daughter Merab, whom she bore to Adriel the son of Barzillai the Meholathite;
[9] He delivered them into the hands of the Gibeonites, and they hanged them in the mountain before the LORD, and all seven of them perished. and they were put to death in the first days of harvest, in the beginning of barley harvest.
[10] And Rizpah the daughter of Aiah took sackcloth, and spread it for her upon the rock, from the beginning of harvest until rain was poured upon them from heaven; and she left not the birds of the air by day, nor the beasts of the field by night.
Imagine if David would not turn his ear to hear and understand what his God was saying. Even now when people continue to pray they have not seen the answer, not because God has not answered them, but because they have failed to pay attention because their needs require them to take specific steps to find the petitioners.
Another example is the apostle Paul we find in 2 Corinthians 12: 8. [8] For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might come out. The Apostle Paul was asking God to remove the thorn that was crawling on his side and made His Prayer more than two to three times. God remembered him as 2 Corinthians 12: 9 [9] And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee; for my power is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
As you ponder this answer you will notice that Paul asked for the thorn to go away but the thorn did not go away and instead he was told MY FAITH. This answer is what changed Paul's attitude toward the presence of that thorn meaning in 2 Corinthians 12:10. [10] Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in insults, in tribulations, in persecutions, in distress, for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong. His attitude changed completely because at first he saw the thorn as a stumbling block to him otherwise he would not go begging for it but he later considered it a matter of pride and pride. 10 [7] And that I might not be overly exalted, by reason of the abundance of the revelations I was given a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. [10] Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in insults, in calamities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
The second reason.
