have always said that not everyone who speaks or preaches the gospel of Christ no matter what the emphasis is on, whether he preaches or sings or speaks with a friend in normal conversation, what he says comes from the depths of his spirit no, very few people or preachers truely meaning from their heart
This is so clear that God himself has said it here in. Matthew 15: 8-9 “These men honor me with their lips; But their hearts are far from me. And in vain do they worship me, Teaching as their doctrines the precepts of men.
Many people believe in God with their mouths, many preach even the sweat comes from them but they only preach with the mouth and do not have faith in what they preach, and some of them are prayers and some good singers but do not believe in the words they say. This really hurts our God to see that they have made God a place of unlawful reward. As the result is that although they worship God but do not have the truely physical and spiritual benefit they receive from worshiping God, we must benefit from worshiping God.
Jesus warned against this kind of service saying Luke 11:46 "He said, Woe unto you lawyers! For ye load men with burdens grievous to be borne, and ye yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers.
It is shameful and shameful for a servant of God to see that you are preaching to people not to drink but you are the first to use alcohol and if they ask you why you are drunk you answer not to follow your actions but to follow and apply the words you preach, how else? The wonder is when the sea breaks into your marriage you are the first to go around and tell the world the secrets of your marriage or ministry. People wonder how the Jesus who said we should rely on Him is not with Him.
Dear learn now to keep the words of your mouth before the people, if you yes let remain to be yes , and if you say not let be so, even if you are in secretly hidden place because there is a God who sees what is hidden.
The biggest mistake we make when we preach is that of preaching to others or condemning evil to others without us getting nothing to teach us in what we say, this is not right as I have to preach I must learn something from the message I preach to others. This is a biblical principle. Acts 20:35 "... remembering the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is better to give than to receive." The giver receives more than he receives.
what I want to say is that if I preach to others then I have to learn twice as much as the ones I teach, meaning that I have to have more strength to endure trials than the one I teach. why because I who preach the word of Christ receive twice as much spiritual nourishment as the One I preach the gospel to Christ.
Looking at our Lord Jesus Christ we see that He always upheld what He said. That is why even when the temptation of the cross was so heavy He asked if it was your will that this cup should avoid me, not as I will, but as God wills. Look at the apostles who kept the words of their mouths until they were faithful and even shed blood did not deny the faith they preached.
Why do we not want to keep the word of our mouth? The main reason is that we preach to those but We do not preach ourselves at all and do not turn our ear to something to help us from the teaching that God has given us to teach others.
Are we together until then ?, tribulation or distress arises Because of the word that is in you, it is because of the word within you comes that the enemy may take it within you. Prepare yourself Through prayer. When you see distress arise you understand that there is already a word in you and the enemy is looking for the door to take it. So it is a better time for you to increase your faith in God than to give the enemy the opportunity to catch up as the word in you.
We must stand firm in the truth, today we seek to use the scriptures for our benefit and not for Christ anymore. Nowadays, when you talk about modest clothes in the church, you will be told that God looks not out but inside! True but how do these people get bored for your casual dress, do you forget Jesus said that Matthew 18: 6 “but he that offendeth one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better to be cast upon the neck of a great millstone and cast into the depths of the sea. How do you talk about offending one of these little ones with a little faith, are you ready to stone?
Today we have used the criterion of Freedom in Christ as a bush to hide our evil, yes one does evil on purpose but if you tell God he does not like what you do he will tell you that I am free in Christ. Brethren, this freedom has been given to us to fulfill God's purpose, but if we use it otherwise, it is no longer a freedom but a great burden to us because it separates us from Christ and not from moving closer to Jesus.
Apostles prophets and all we serve at the altar of God let us be serious here when it comes to the message we preach through the valley of death, or of encouragement, when it comes time for us to be tempted and to be ready. never escape and deny this very precious faith but let us prove the words of our mouths.
If you really have Faith so much that you cannot be offended it is very good, but it is also good to have mercy on those who have less faith. If you are a teacher of others then be an example to those you teach not just in words but in actions as well.
I wish you the blessings of our Heavenly Father that we receive in the love of his beloved Son Jesus Christ.
